About the Opportunity:
First Help Financial, a recognized Great Place to Work, is expanding its Outside Sales department. As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll manage loan originations and build relationships with auto dealerships across Missouri. This role is a field‑based position requiring regular travel within your territory and offers travel reimbursements.
Compensation & Career Growth:
Base salary starting at $60,098 or more, plus quarterly performance bonuses
Guaranteed first‑quarter bonus during training

What you will do:
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, available via phone, text, or email during business hours
Educate dealerships on our services
Prospect new auto dealerships for future business
Travel weekly to dealerships in your designated geography
What you bring:
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
Demonstrated career stability and strong independent work ethic
Experience with CRM systems
Excellent consultative selling, prospecting, planning, presenting, and closing skills
Initiative, sense of urgency, passion for winning, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult relationships, excellent communication, and strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
