Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Territory Sales Representative based in Mobile, AL. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, managing customer accounts, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and developing long‑term relationships with clients. The representative collaborates with the sales team to meet targets, provide ongoing customer support, and contribute to the expansion of Xanté’s customer base through innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships.
Effective organizational and time‑management abilities for territory planning and account management.
Technical aptitude to understand and articulate product specifications and benefits to clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Prior experience in B2B sales or the printing industry is a plus.
Ability to prospect, making 45+ calls per day and talking to potential customers for 2+ hours per day.

Salary: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00
