We are seeking a high-impact

VP or Director of Sales – New Business

to build and lead our US growth engine.

What you will do

Own the United States new business revenue number

Build, lead, and scale a team of AEs/BDMs and future SDRs

Convert inbound demand into revenue and build an outbound motion

Drive CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health

Coach, recruit, and develop elite sales performers

What you will bring

8+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership

Proven success building or transforming sales teams

Strong coaching, forecasting, and operational discipline

Experience in services, outsourcing, staffing, or professional services (preferred)
