This role offers a base pay range of $21.00/hr to $29.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, offering guidance, assisting in purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products and services.
Assists management in supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting the open‑door policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, maintains the sales floor using equipment, merchandising, and documentation per company policies.
Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintains sales floor presentation, handles claims and returns, stocks and organizes merchandise, sets up displays, signs and prices items, identifies shrink and damages, and secures fragile merchandise.
Monitors product quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation standards, and categorization of merchandising areas.
Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected per company policy.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, analyzing data, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Promotes compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, implementing action plans and supporting management with corrective actions.
Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs and priorities, coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptation to change.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Leading a team, supervising experience that includes hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
