About Our Agency I opened my State Farm agency in July 2025 and currently have a team of three dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years in home lending, including time as a manager with JP Morgan Chase. About four years ago, I made the transition into the insurance world and quickly discovered that the independence, entrepreneurship, and opportunity for impact that come with agency ownership were exactly what I was looking for.
I grew up in Howard and Montgomery County, and I’m proud to serve the same community that helped shape me. Outside the office, I coach my son’s soccer team and stay connected through affiliations with Howard Community College and various local organizations. Each year, our agency participates in charity work supporting local religious centers and community initiatives.
I offer my team 15 days of PTO annually, a health stipend, a strong focus on work‑life balance, and a $500 bonus for each license obtained before your start date. Our office culture is family‑oriented yet performance‑driven – everyone supports each other while maintaining a strong commitment to results.

Role Description As Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for Hasan Jamil – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
