Job Overview FritoLay values route sales representatives who deliver, sell, and merchandise the complete line of FritoLays products, including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with the team.
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Maintain a route schedule with set days off while ensuring coverage.
Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment, often on weekends, holidays, and 24‑hour shifts.
Drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers, increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day.
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Be able to work independently and frequently on the road.
