Job Summary
Join Stateside Vodka as a Junior Sales Representative, responsible for establishing a strong presence for Stateside Vodka with a focus on our Surfside Iced Tea canned cocktails within college markets. This role requires an individual deeply connected to the local nightlife scene, understanding peer preferences, and promoting our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Create outlines & calendars to plan how to effectively market the brand to your target audience.
Leverage social media platforms adeptly to amplify brand visibility and engagement within the college market.
Collaborate closely with area sales managers and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support.
Build and nurture relationships with designated accounts, fostering brand loyalty and visibility.
Keep a pulse on the local market trends on your campus, consumer behaviors, and devise strategic plans accordingly.
Organize and execute on/off-premise tastings and large-scale promotional events to drive brand awareness.
Provide regular, insightful market updates and reports to supervisors for informed decision-making.
Recruit and serve as the main point of contact for promotional event staff, overseeing training and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
Minimum age of 21, residing in the specified market.
Possession of a valid US Driver’s License with willingness to travel up to 90%, equipped with reliable transportation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or actively pursuing one.
Deep familiarity with local bars and restaurants in the specified market.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Creativity to develop innovative ideas for marketing our product to the target market.
Ability to work non-traditional hours to accommodate meetings with bars and restaurants.
RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
A passionate advocate for the brand, believing in its potential and success.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity working in the alcohol industry is preferred.
Military experience is a plus.
Compensation $25 USD per hour.
