Fitness Technician

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $23.00/hr.
Essential Responsibilities
Travel to client locations.
Inspect, calibrate, clean and test fitness equipment during Service Contract visits.
Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote to be provided to the customer.
Complete repairs with ordered parts; test that the machine is back in full working order.
Provide communication to customers regarding scheduling and status of their equipment.
Seek additional revenue opportunities from service/warranty work and preventive maintenance contracts on additional machines.
Explore incremental revenue for new equipment and fitness accessories.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle at all times.
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure accurate counts.
Complete vehicle maintenance needs as directed by the fleet operations manager.
Follow the Company Uniform Policy.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to lift/move fitness equipment and parts up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear MVR check.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi‑Fi, email, and cell phone technology.
Compensation The Service Technician / Apprentice position with LIVunLtd pays $18–$25/hr based on experience and service location. All technicians are also eligible for a competitive performance‑based bonus program, with detailed information shared during the interview process.
