Introduction Execution and supervision of Field Service Support teams at customer sites performing on‑site mechanical repairs, component refurbishment and service activities relating to OEM Equipment components.
The Role Responsible for the Supervision of hands‑on, mechanical service work
Supervise the installation and commissioning of systems, machinery and associated spare parts and wear material components
Provide technical field service site support globally
Promoting products and services to customers
Promoting the sales of OEM spare parts and wear material components
Support field service technicians and carry out hands‑on mechanical service work within the customer site or repair facilities تو required
Support Technical Support Teams on complex issues
Define global inspection procedures and provide inspection resources to MAs when needed
Support quotation work by providing scope of work, initial planning and pricing information
Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable
About You
Demonstrated experiences in supervising, mentoring and managing small teams on site achieving successful outcomes
An Engineering or Mechanical trade qualification from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience must include at least two years from one or several of the following industries: mining, aggregates, contract crushing plants, mining & construction, engineering / machinery repairs workshops
Must be able to pass random medical and drug tests.
Must be physically fit.
Ability to travel within short notice.
Ability to work away from home, for extended periods and extended hours, on weekends or as required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Experience with the maintenance of crushing and screening equipment

EWP HRL
Rigging and dogging qualifications.
