Senior Water / Wastewater Process Engineer
We are seeking a
Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer
to lead the planning, design, and delivery of impactful water and wastewater treatment projects. This role offers the opportunityatı to develop sustainable infrastructure solutions that strengthen communities and improve quality of life.
What You’ll Do
Lead design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects
Partner with clients to develop innovative, practical solutions
Support business development through proposals and client presentations
Perform process modeling, hydraulic analyses, and prepare PFDs and P&IDs
Design treatment systems including activated sludge, BNR, MBR, filtration, disinfection, RO, and biosolids
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Support site visits, construction, start‑up, and troubleshooting
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; BCEE preferred
8+ years of water/wastewater process design experience
Proficiency with modeling and design software (BioWin, GPS‑X, WaterCAD, AutoCAD, Revit)
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
