Job Summary
The Maintenance Unit Supervisor
is a salary position that is accountable for providing leadership and direction to assigned members of a union crew as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. You will also provide technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft employees. Under the direction of the Area Technical Leader, you will be responsible to ensure productivity, safety, quality, improved recovery, reliable and consistent delivery performance and rapid problem solving in planned and unplanned cost‑effective, customer‑centric environment. Ideally, you will have supervisory experience, union environment experience, and troubleshooting knowledge. You should be a self-starter with a motivation to learn mechanical maintenance and manufacturing aspects of plant operations.
