Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal for a full‑time, on‑site position at our Grand Rapids, MI office. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and assisting in preparing motions. The paralegal will collaborate with attorneys throughout the litigation process and ensure the accuracy and organization of case materials to support effective case management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Experience conducting thorough Legal Research
Knowledge and experience in drafting Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in litigation is a strong advantage
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or a Paralegal Certification
