What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee full-site operations from open-pit mining through to finished product shipment
Lead a cross-functional team across production, maintenance, and safety
Drive continuous improvement while meeting exacting quality and regulatory standards
Act as a senior presence locally – liaising with regulators, vendors, and partners
What You’ll Bring
10+ years in leadership roles within mining or extractive industries
Strong financial acumen – including capital planning and cost control
Demonstrated success in safety leadership and operational compliance
Track record of developing high-performing teams in site-based roles
