What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all mining and plant operations, with full accountability for output, cost, and safety
Maximise site performance through targeted KPI delivery and efficient use of assets
Represent the site externally – with regulators, community stakeholders, and industry groups
Develop and mentor a high-performing team across mining, processing, and maintenance
What You’ll Bring
Proven leadership in large-scale mining or heavy industrial environments
Strong understanding of cost control, production planning, and regulatory compliance
Experience managing both plant and open-pit mining operations
Ability to drive improvement across safety, quality, and workforce capability
