We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, with a strong focus on Oracle General Ledger. This role partners with finance and technology teams to drive adoption and support business readiness across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead change management activities for an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
Support adoption of Oracle, with emphasis on General Ledger processes.
Drive stakeholder communications and user engagement.
Develop and deliver training for finance and business users.
Partner with finance teams to translate system changes into business impacts.
Actively gather and act on feedback to improve user experience, training, and adoption strategies.
Requirements
Expertise/experience with Oracle Financials – especially around core GL.
5+ years of experience in change management roles.
Proven experience implementing change in complex environments.
Strong OCM communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Change management certification is a plus but not required. Practical implementation experience is essential.
Nice to have
Banking or Financial Services experience.
