About the Role We're seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer with strong technical skills in ICPR and a passion for solving complex stormwater challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants to contribute to projects that matter—from municipal infrastructure improvements to advanced resiliency planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support stormwater management projects for municipal and private clients.
Develop and refine hydrologic and hydraulic models using ICPR and StormWise.
Prepare drainage studies, stormwater master plans, and design documents.
Address resiliency, low‑impact development (LID), and climate change considerations in design.
Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
Collaborate with municipalities across the Greater Tampa Bay area to deliver tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering (Water Resources emphasis preferred).
7+ years in water resources or civil engineering design.
Expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater modeling with ICPR/StormWise.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS (preferred).
Prior experience working with municipalities in Tampa Bay is a plus.
Projects You Will Contribute To
Coastal resiliency projects addressing sea‑level rise and storm surge.
Urban drainage improvements for growing municipalities.
Floodplain analysis and FEMA coordination for critical infrastructure.
Green infrastructure and LID designs that enhance sustainability.
