Responsibilities
Driving Sales:
Use StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals, own your results, and grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
Customer Experience:
Deliver a world‑class customer experience, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, showcase product benefits, and leave the customer’s day a little Lusher.
Building the Brand:
Educate customers on our values (Fight animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, naked packaging) and spread the word through shop and community initiatives.
Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge, stay up‑to‑date on ingredients and benefits, and make informed recommendations for each shopper.
Development:
Use Lush resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and raise sales.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:
Listen to team perspectives, foster a sense of eis you and recognise unique contributions.
Time and Attendance:
Be punctual, reliable, active in teamwork, prioritise wellbeing with breaks, and stay updated with company news.
Visuals and Merchandising:
Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing to enhance theംബ shopping experience.
Stock and Inventory:
Adjust product displays in real‑time according to sales to improve experience.
Policies and Procedures:
Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health & safety.
Qualifications Required
Excellent customer service skills
usted flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Consultation‑based customer service experience
Problem‑solving skills to address day‑to‑day operational issues
Teamwork experience
Skincare or cosmetics background
Cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or كال social justice training
Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
