About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Care Manager
to provide clinical and cultural leadership to our care team at Avondale Heights Care Community.

What You'll Do:
✔️ Provide clinical and care leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
✔️ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.
✔️ Ensure clinical compliance and governance, maintaining accreditation standards and implementing continuous improvement.
✔️ Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
✔️ Work in partnership with the General Manager to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
What You'll Need:
✔️ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (minimum 3 years post-registration).
✔️ Proven experience in a clinical leadership or management role within aged care or healthcare.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, funding (AN-ACC), and clinical governance.
✔️ A genuine passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, engaged teams.
✔️ Exceptional communication, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔️ Willingness to complete:
Pre-employment medical NDIS Worker Screening Check
