Territory Manager – Vygon USA Vygon is seeking an enthusiastic Territory Manager to cover key metropolitan markets across our Deep South Territory comprising Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Candidates should ideally be based in or near Atlanta.

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Commission

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Plans : Create and execute comprehensive territory business plans to achieve sales targets.

Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel. Become a trusted advisor.

Expand Footprint : Grow the customer base by servicing existing accounts and acquiring new ones.

Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through effective selling and negotiation.

Stay Informed : Keep up to date on product, clinical, and procedural knowledge.

Manage Territory : Conduct territory analysis, prospecting, and account management.

Collaborate : Work with the Director of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, including demonstrations, in-service, and support.

Professionalism : Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Share Knowledge : Share best practices and success stories with the sales team.

Report : Provide regular updates to Sales Management and Marketing on territory performance and market conditions.

CRM Management : Utilize CRM to manage leads, customer relationships, and sales activities.

Introduce Products : Introduce new products and follow up on evaluations.

Meet KPIs : Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators and management by objectives.

Maintain a valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for medical device experience.

In‑hospital sales experience required, with the ability to call on diverse clinical call points.

Experience selling a broad portfolio of medical device disposables.

Background in vascular access and/or neonatal products strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven track record of sales success.

Self‑motivated.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and write routine reports and correspondence.
