Supervisor, Advanced Video Investment
Publicis Media is pleased to present a role for a Supervisor in Advanced Video Investment within our APEX unit, a next‑generation trading entity that identifies and invests in emerging market trends to benefit Publicis clients.

Overview You will be part of the Lift Activation team supporting the launch of the Advanced TV practice, PMX Lift, which combines media expertise with data and technology to deliver cross‑channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The role offers high visibility with APEX and PM agency leadership, the chance to work across a variety of client brands and verticals, and collaboration with experts across the PMX Lift practice and greater Publicis Groupe.

About the Job You will report to the Associate Director, APEX Lift Activation and manage a team of Negotiators. The role requires a working knowledge of addressable media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative, empathetic, innovative approach. Responsibilities
Full ownership of the campaign cycle from intake to measurement, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
Utilize expertise and category insights to provide campaign‑level recommendations for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate across teams to manage key stakeholders, ensuring timely approval and execution of Lift campaigns.
Manage creative, traffic, and billing needs from internal teams and external vendors.
Track and enforce timelines, ensuring all parties meet deadlines and deliver required outputs.
Lead status calls and follow up with summary emails.
Identify opportunities to expand current processes and drive automation improvement.
Implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance scalability.
Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agency teams, and vendors through solution‑oriented, collaborative, and quick communication.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client‑facing roles.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital media data.
Experience with Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
Experience with planning, executing, or measuring audience‑based campaigns, both programmatically and through direct IO.
Proven experience managing direct reports, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ability to move efficiently across multiple campaigns and clients, managing priorities and workflow effectively.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to derive actionable insights.
Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and embrace new technologies or methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex media strategies to clients and stakeholders.
Experience in process building and workflow documentation.
Strong relationship‑building skills and creative thinking.
High attention to detail and meticulous organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Compensation Compensation Range: $75,050.00 – $120,159.00 Annually. The company reserves the right to modify the pay range at any time. The application deadline for this posting is 02/10/2026.
