Base Pay Range $17.50/hr – $23.88/hr

Position Details

Weekend Day Shift Hours: Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (6am‑6pm)

Full‑Time (36 hours per week) – Benefit eligible

In‑office Front Office Desk Position (non‑remote) & Clinical Support

Hands‑on patient care – prepping patients for procedure & monitoring

Greeting patients, checking in/out patients

Taking patient calls

Scheduling appointments and procedures

Managing phones

Experience

Epic knowledge

Relevant experience in patient care coordination, medical office, front desk, scheduling, surgical coordination, or similar roles may be a good fit (examples: Patient Advocate, Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Office Assistant, etc.)

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or higher level of education

2 or more years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Obtain insurance information and pre‑certification from referring physician or insurance company.

Maintain patient files and records, coordinate inpatient transportation, and perform patient procedure follow‑up as instructed.

Coordinate the flow of all examinations by working closely with radiologists, technical staff, and referring physician offices.

Monitor patient’s physiological and psychological needs and report concerns to appropriate staff member, physician, or supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

2‑5 years of experience in a related role

Preferred: 5‑10 years of experience
