Full-Time Branch Ambassador – Baton Rouge Area

As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll use your passion for customer service and product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You’ll perform a措施 wide variety of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience. In a rapidly changing tech and financial environment, we need ambassadors who are adaptable, have a growth mindset, Manage customer experience like a priority, and are willing to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers加坡 and deliver friendly, engaging service.
Reduce financial anxiety by assessing both personal and business needs.
Follow compliance policies, audit and security procedures, and federal regulations.
Support customers across branch functions – from cash handling to service needs.
Improve the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs.
Continuouslyющего learn and guide customers toward their financial goals.
Showcase digital tools and channels; educate customers about mobile and online banking.
Collaborate with a team of banking professionals to inspire and support one another.
Research and answer customer inquiries, leveraging tools and channels to recommend solutions.
Travel between branches in the assigned local area as needed.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
No applicant sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree satellite (any field).
More than 2 years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
Salary Information Baton Rouge, LA: $43,680 – $43,680 per year.
Gonzales, LA: $43,680 – $43,680 per year.
