About the role As a BCBA with EzCare ABA, you’ll play a key role in developing and overseeing personalized ABA therapy for each child. You’ll collaborate with families, train and support RBTs, and ensure treatment plans are effective, engaging, and meaningful for everyday life.
What you’ll do
Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring quality implementation of programs
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust goals
Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers regularly
Maintain documentation and session notes according to clinical standards
Work closely with our team to support each child’s growth across settings
