The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is seeking a dynamic Tutoring Coordinator to manage and oversee test prep tutoring programs for students in grades 8‑12 in the Wellesley, MA chapter.
Pay Base pay range: $35.00/yr – $45.00/yr.
Tutoring rate: $35/hr – $45/hr, 10–20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Organize and schedule tutoring sessions for students based on their needs and availability
Support tutors to ensure high‑quality tutoring practices
Speak with potential clients about programs, close business, and provide ongoing support
Monitor student progress and maintain communication with parents and stakeholders
Gather feedback from students and tutors to continually improve the program
Utilize data to report on the effectiveness of tutoring initiatives and make recommendations for program improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with structure, timing, and admissions timelines related to SAT/ACT and SSAT/ISEE admissions tests
Previous experience in tutoring or educational program coordination
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
Familiarity with various educational tools and online learning platforms
