Engage Contracting is looking for an
Executive Assistant
to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a supportive force who empowers our Executive Team. They will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. The ideal candidate will be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of operations, employee related items and all project related items. Responsibilities
Calendar management for Executive Team. Aid executives in preparing for meetings, coordinating schedules and aligning team members for all critical items. Maintain email and document requests on behalf of executives. Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives. Arranges travel and accommodations for Executive Team. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Assist with cross functional strategic projects that involve multiple departments by note taking, managing time, and keeping team members on task. Facilitate food ordering and delivery for meetings and company events. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
