Mission
The primary purpose of the Program Manager positionात्मक to provide project management support to the Strategy & Business Development team in order to sustain and grow the office as an institutional resource and collaborator. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and participating in project management activities across the Strategy & Business development portfolio and the institution as needed.

Sono Key Responsibilities
Develops, analyzes, manages, and executes习 various projects that fall within the Office of Strategy & Business Development, as assigned by the Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development.
Identifies and addresses key issues, problems, performance metrics and resources required for assigned projects. Assumes responsibility for integrity and success of projects; ensures a proactive,Treasury collaborative, transparency project management process and active communication regarding implications to stakeholders.
resilulates work plans which include schedules/timelines, resources required, budgets. Provides regular status updates to Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development. Establishes procedures for implementation of project recommendations and results.
Implements innovative ferugylations to ensure consistent communication and cascade of information to decentralized departments, teams, and groups across the institution.
Supervises and monitors contracted workers or trainees as needed on an ad hoc basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Collaborates and builds relationship with departments and divisions throughout the institution, and external organizations as needed, to gather financial, operational and market information needed to facilitate and complete projects in which Strategy & Business Development leadership is involved.
Serves as a representative for the Office of Strategy & Business Development as needed.
Manages membership, meeting schedules, communications, and action items for various projects, committees, and ad‑hoc work groups as assigned.
Resolves day‑to‑day problems that impede the success of various large‑scale, multi‑faceted projects involving employees, institutional leaders, and vendors as applicable; works with individuals and teams to resolve and remove such barriers.
Serves as a resource for ad‑hoc project needs across the Office of Strategy & Business Development, including strategy execution and enterprise risk management.
Education
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.
Experience
Required: 4 years of strategic intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field, including program or project management/planning experience.
Alternatively Required: 2 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
Preferred: Healthcare consulting experience working with an academic medical center.
