As the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct – you will shape how Alpha Guides engage with students. What You Will Be Doing

Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality. Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges. Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes. Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques. What You Won’t Be Doing

Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become outstanding facilitators. Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility. Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning. Learning And Development Manager Key Responsibilities

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality. Basic Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related area. Proven experience designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams. Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting. Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement. Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
