Job Title: Director - Emergency Services Job Location: Las Cruces, NM Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all emergency services, including Emergency Department, Trauma Care, and Disaster Management. Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow, safety, and quality outcomes. Lead capacity planning, resource optimization, and service expansion initiatives. Ensure emergency preparedness and disaster response readiness in alignment with national and regional guidelines. Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and support staff. Drive workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Address staffing challenges, conflict resolution, and employee engagement within emergency services.
