We're looking for a passionate and energetic Sous Chef to join the leadership team of one of the most buzzed‑about social dining and entertainment venues in the country. Elevated Casual Dining | $60,000 - $70,000
What You’ll Do
Support day‑to‑day BOH operations for a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen
Lead and inspire a team of line cooks and prep staff — hands‑on and on the line when needed
Execute consistent, elevated food presentations that match the playful brand experience
Collaborate on menu development, daily prep lists, and specials
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost in partnership with the Exec Chef
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role in an elevated casual, scratch‑kitchen concept
Comfortable in a high‑volume, experiential environment (think 500+ covers/day)
Passionate about food and people — you thrive in a team‑first kitchen culture
Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep execution, and service flow
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events
