The Opportunity Our partner is hiring
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to help scale their go-to-market motion. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-impact sales team early and play a meaningful role in shaping how the company grows.
As an SDR, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation while working closely with sales leadership. This role is ideal for someone excited by early-stage environments, clear performance metrics, and the chance to grow into expanded responsibilities over time—including potential paths into sales, growth, marketing, or partnerships as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting efforts, primarily through cold email and written outreach
Research and engage prospective customers with thoughtful, tailored messaging
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing partners to refine messaging and targeting
Contribute to improving processes, playbooks, and outbound strategy as the team grows
Requirements
Interest in sales and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
Familiarity with startups, venture-backed businesses, or high-growth environments
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or venture-backed companies is a plus but not required
Open to recent graduates and early-career candidates
Additional Details
Remote-first role with flexibility on location; future preference for Miami as the team expands
Limited travel (a few team offsites or events per year)
