The Associate Account Manager’s primary duties include day‑to‑day processing of new business, renewals, and policy changes. The AAMs are also held accountable for delivering excellent customer service through efficient workflow processes and collaboration with the team. This role requires a working knowledge of workflows, service delivery, workload management, and Acrisure’s core deliverables. Responsibilities

Serve as primary processor of client‑related documents and services. Utilize standard processes to increase effectiveness and improve overall service delivery. Administer defined processes, analyze data, and suggest improvements. Provide professional, timely, and accurate output to customers and internal team members. Partner with the team to manage workload and deliver exceptional customer service. Improve client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer service standards. Receive and respond to client calls and email requests per Customer Service Standards. Work side‑by‑side with the team to foster open communication and manage workload. Facilitate a team environment that promotes collaboration and trusted partnerships. Utilize social media to facilitate open communication and idea sharing both internally and externally. Stay on top of priorities and reprioritize as needed while maintaining accuracy of output. Use the Operating Systems (OS) as defined and enter needed information accurately and timely. Requirements

Current insurance license in Property & Casualty or state in which agency office is located. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Comfortable with an electronic environment and strong computer skills. Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Education / Experience

High school diploma or GED (college preferred). Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the insurance industry or a business‑related setting. Current Property and Casualty license. Physical Requirements

The base compensation range for this position is $16 000 – $28 000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidate Expectations
