Position Overview The Personal Lines Digital Account Manager position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. The Personal Lines Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves sales and service of insurance products while ensuring retention levels are maintained, handling all complaints, actioning renewals, and overseeing client relationships. The Account Manager will also leverage technology and market insights to enhance service delivery, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support clients with all their personal lines insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage day‑to‑day communications, and foster strong, long‑lasting relationships for an assigned book of business. Understand client needs and objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and proactively coordinate renewals.

Data‑Driven Engagement:

Maintain timely and accurate updates on policies. Implement and monitor data‑driven, customer‑tailored marketing or awareness campaigns to drive retention and growth targets.

Strategic Planning & Support:

Identify new opportunities for client growth, share best practices, stay updated with industry trends, and coordinate with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Compliance, and third‑party partners.

Client Success & Value Delivery:

Drive adoption of self‑service tools, promote additional digital services, exceed client retention and satisfaction metrics, and perform other tasks requested by service team or regional leadership.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; experience preferred.

Hold applicable insurance licenses.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in account management or a related role, with current license held for over 1 year.

Proven experience managing client relationships and achieving retention targets.

Experience remarketing clients across multiple carriers and providing consultative proposals.

Ability to cross‑sell products and broaden total client relationship.

Skills:

Strong client‑management and relationship‑building skills with a client‑focused approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in Applied EPIC or similar account‑management software.

Ability to multitask across multiple systems and workflows.

Creative problem‑solving abilities and passion for customer service.

Pay Details The base compensation range is $40,000 – $75,000. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Relocation & On‑Site Presence Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
