Responsibilities

Learn Enterprise’s business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.

Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.

Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.

Build relationships in the community essential to building your own business.

Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

Embrace a culture of friendly competition that drives business growth.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years.

No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last five years.

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsor for work authorization.

Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.

Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
