Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 510 Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We are looking for professionals who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for new challenges in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.

Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.

Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.

Provide training and licensing for field personnel tasks to work with tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.

Support Management team in creating New Job Startup requirements (e.g., contract safety documents, JSSP/S SSP, OCIP-CCIP requirement, etc.).

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that adheres to OSHA guidelines.

Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty.

Ensure all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.

Other duties as needed.

Requirements

2-4 years in commercial construction safety experience.

Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various electronic devices.

OSHA 510 certification.

Precision Walls Trained Trainer certification (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
