Regional Sales Representative

This position offers a base salary of $90,000 - $130,000 + uncapped commission.
Position Overview The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing accounts across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a
hunter‑minded sales professional
with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Conduct in‑person sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations
Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and document all customer interactions and pipeline activity
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
Travel regionally up to 60% to support sales activities and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales experience
within the manufacturing industry
Proven success as a
hunter , with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
Experience using a
CRM system
to manage pipeline and document client activity
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while managing a large territory
Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 60%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technical or engineered manufacturing products
Established network within the Houston or broader regional manufacturing market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
