Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and consistent professional communication will also play a key part in daily tasks.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals
Customer relationship management and client communication expertise
Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite – will train
Relevant experience in account management or sales is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
