Responsibilities
Deliver renowned and authentic service that creates a Modern Luxury customer experience.
Support a culture of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and supervisors.
Capture customer information to maintain and build long‑term relationships.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of cash wrap; maintain checkout operations in compliance with Coach policy.
Complete each transaction accurately, identifying sales associate productivity without disrupting the service environment.
Resolve customer concerns and meet customer needs in a timely manner through solution‑oriented and forward‑thinking approaches, involving a manager when necessary.
Qualifications
1–3 years of previous selling/cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred. Knowledge of current fashion trends and competition is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
Effective communication skills—verbal and written—able to maneuver the sales floor and meet moderate stock‑room lifting and store‑climbing requirements.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Fraud Alert Coach became aware of fraudulent job postings on Craigslist where unauthorized individuals use the Coach name to solicit potential hires.
