You don’t need to have sales experience; you need to be self‑motivated, driven, detail oriented, and someone who understands and values the customer experience. Job Responsibilities and Benefits
Run pre‑set warm leads, with no cold calling and no door‑to‑door knocking.
Self‑generate leads for extra commission.
High earning potential (commission) – most Sales Representatives earn an average of $80,000‑$120,000 in commission a year.
Paid training (3 weeks) – we have a state‑of‑the‑art sales training program where you graduate with a new skill set.
Pay frequency – weekly pay through direct deposit.
Benefits package – medical, vision, dental, life insurance, company swag, and 401(k)!
Career advancement – we pride ourselves on promoting from within.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (required).
Current vehicle and vehicle insurance (required).
Must have an energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.
In‑person attendance to all sales training and sales meetings.
