This Retail Associate – Inventory role involves scanning barcodes for current inventory at customer locations. The information collected helps customers make better business decisions and improves customer support. Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked. Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation. Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based on demonstrated expertise. Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness. Access to reliable transportation. Ability to work varied, traditional, and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules. Qualifications and Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age. Looking for candidates with variety of backgrounds: no degree required; has no experience or returning to the workforce; has military experience; and/or experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work. Access to reliable transportation. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act. Hiring now and eligible for a productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00. Referral bonuses: Get paid $200 for each referral. The position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, and using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
