Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Manchester, IA! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture and upfit of multi‑purpose equipment for heavy‑duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control and “Keeping America’s Roads Safe!”. Day Shift – 5:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 20‑minute paid lunch. Flexible start times are available if needed. As a Fabricator, you will set up and operate fabrication machines (Brake Press, Lasers, Drills, Saws) in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines. Fabricators must understand blueprints to fabricate parts to specification using the appropriate machine and process, perform designated maintenance functions, assume ownership for quality, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, work as a team, and maintain all safety standards.

What This Role Needs
Knowledge of basic shop math, ability to read a tap measure and utilize a protractor.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
Calculate tonnage for punching and shearing.
Identify various types and gauges of steel.
Operate an overhead hoist.
Preferred
1,000 hours of trade school.
Fabrication experience.
Working Conditions
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
Bending, lifting, and standing.
Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times.
