3 PM – 11 PM shift only .

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM only
Schedule:
Full-time
Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend required – no exceptions
Pay Rate:
$53/hour
OT Rate:
$79.50/hour
Holiday Rate:
$79.50/hour
Requirements:
Active
NY State RN License
1–2 years of RN experience required
Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across various healthcare settings, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement免责。但个ified care plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post‑discharge instructions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
Participate in professional development and training to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on best practices.
Adapt to fluctuating patient care needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and patient needs.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
