Hope Alive is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to the mission of “bringing hope and encouragement with Christ-like love to emotionally hurting people”. Monday–Thursday, primarily 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; one evening per week required with adjusted daytime hours; 32 hours/week; participation in a shared night/weekend on-call rotation; occasional overtime as needed. Compensation:

The Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting women in Hope Alive’s Residential Program. This position provides individualized case management, advocacy, and resource coordination to help clients achieve stability, develop life skills, and move toward greater independence and hope. Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Case Management
Assess client needs, strengths, and barriers and develop individualized care plans Provide ongoing, compassionate support related to mental health, housing, employment, and daily living skills Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress Facilitate groups and classes as needed Resource Coordination & Advocacy
Connect clients with internal and community resources, including healthcare, housing, employment, transportation, and social services Advocate for clients within community systems and assist with applications and navigation of services Documentation & Compliance
Maintain timely, accurate client documentation, including care plans and progress notes Complete reports and documentation required for grants and program accountability Collaboration & Ministry Support
Work closely with counseling and residential staff to provide integrated care Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews Assist with ministry-wide activities such as marketing and fundraising, as appropriate Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required Experience in case management or related human services work with strong clinical skills Knowledge of community resources, housing systems, and mental health services Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative while working within a collaborative, mission-driven team Commitment to self-care and healthy boundaries Alignment with Hope Alive’s mission and values and a passion for serving underserved populations with Christ-like love Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, trauma, or mental health challenges Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to perform routine physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and navigating stairs Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional high-stress situations when working with clients Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Work performed primarily on a tobacco-free campus Some local travel and occasional evening/weekend availability required What We Offer
