What You'll Do
Frame, install, and finish kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and uphold high standards
Troubleshoot and problem‑solve with creativity and efficiency
Mentor junior carpenters and model professionalism
Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job sites
Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers
What You Bring
5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
Ability to read plans, confidently use tools, and build with precision
Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
Personal hand tools and a valid driver’s license
Pride in your work and a professional approach to every job
Bonus Skills
Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
Interest in energy‑efficient or sustainable building practices
