As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long‑term physical disabilities. You will create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing. You will be responsible for maintaining and adhering to all local and federal compliance requirements. Provide direct supervision and communication with physical therapy assistants, and Clinical Directors. A full job description can be provided upon request.

$75,000 - $90,000 based on experience
Schedule:
Mon‑Fri 8a‑5pm; or 7am‑6pm, depending on the shift; 8hr or 10hr

Qualifications Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team oriented.
At least two years of clinical experience, preferred
New grads are welcome
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:
Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from floor to waist
Waist to shoulder
Shoulder to overhead
Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’
Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#
