As a Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long‑term physical disabilities. You will create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing. You will be responsible for maintaining and adhering to all local and federal compliance requirements. Provide direct supervision and communication with physical therapy assistants, and other management staff. A full job description can be provided upon request.

Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team Oriented
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
Three+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required
Three years management experience preferred but not required
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post‑training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position
Physical Demand Capacity Consistent with published industry PDC norms or minimally:
Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, shoulder to overhead
Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10 pounds for 40-50'
Pushing—routinely loads of 5-150 pounds on casters, runners or pulleys
Sustaining a grip—routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50 pounds
Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140 pounds
