We’re hiring a skilled Manufacturing Optimization Engineer for key areas of our production system including plant layout, workflow, logistics, process sequencing, and equipment setup. The role involves leading complex projects and mentoring team members using advanced engineering expertise.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead initiatives and establish methods to maximize utilization of production facilities, equipment, and workforce.
Drive facility layout planning and design to enhance operational flow and productivity.
Conduct time studies, cycle time analysis, and line balancing to enhance the process efficiency
Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement strategies.
Analyze cycle times and remove production bottlenecks.
Apply value stream mapping and other industrial engineering tools to optimize processes.
Perform line balancing for optimal workload distribution.
Design and deploy jigs, fixtures and tools to boost safety and efficiency.
Improve ergonomics and human factors across workstations and production lines
Work and implement process automation and AI solution for mistake proofing.
Manage end-to-end vendor processes from selection to payment.
Work hands-on with SAP (preferably S/4HANA). Lead projects independently.
Solve complex engineering challenges using advanced analytical techniques.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
8-10 years of relevant work experience.
Experienced in process optimization and lean manufacturing.
Skilled in CAD, simulation tools, SAP, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
