The Sagent Behavioral Health Front Office Associate position is located at 4638 Victor Path North, Suite 900, Hugo, MN 55038. The role is onsite and full-time with a 1.0 FTE.

Role Overview As a Front Office Associate at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will be the first point of contact for patients and strive to deliver a positive and welcoming experience in every interaction. This position plays an important role in the continuity of care by providing administrative support to patients and stakeholders through appointment scheduling, processing paperwork, and handling inquiries.

Hours

Monday - Thursday 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Interact with all patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Check‑in patients for appointments, verify demographic information, provide paperwork, and collect payments.

Ensure seamless coordination of care by scheduling patient appointments and collaborating with providers using multiple computer systems.

Participate in administrative tasks such as electronic filing, scanning, faxing, and mailing in a timely manner.

Answer inbound and make outbound phone calls while responding to inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or triaging as appropriate.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room space by managing patient paperwork and office supplies.

Handle patient concerns and crises with empathy and patience while collaborating with site leadership to resolve, as needed.

Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.

Requirements

High‑school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in health‑care facilities and an interest in behavioral health preferred.

Physical requirements include occasionally lifting and moving office supplies, which may include reams of paper that weigh up to 50 lb.

Summary Compensation: $16.00 /hr
