The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office operations. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Greet visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
