Base pay range: $109,000 – $119,000 per year.

Position Summary The Senior Terminal Scheduler is responsible for overseeing customer support, tracking day‑to‑day product movements, managing daily inventories and throughput, and coordinating the scheduling of physical supply between customers and terminal operations within an assigned region.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement terminal scheduling systems and provide ongoing oversight and feedback.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Build strong relationships with customers, terminals and facilities.
Serve as main point of contact; plan and coordinate product movement across multiple modes.
Develop and implement nominated and forecasted schedules for receipt, storage, and distribution.
Ensure scheduling aligns with contract terms and develop allocation processes.
Use third‑party and internal systems to track inventories, demands, and scheduled transportation daily and monthly.
Monitor product movements to optimize inventory management and terminal tank utilization.
Update Business Development on transportation conditions, constraints, and market interpretation.
Assist in analysis and assessment of new business opportunities.
Facilitate resolution to product quality issues efficiently.
Work with commercial, terminal operations, and accounting to record monthly inventories accurately.
Analyze and develop strategies to enhance scheduling efficiency.
Cross‑train team members on scheduling processes.
Position Qualifications
In‑depth knowledge of supply systems for the assigned region.
Understanding of midstream operations including marine, pipeline, rail, and truck.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and third parties.
Proficiency in data analysis and inventory monitoring systems.
Adaptive, multitaskable in fast‑paced environments.
Ability to handle stress, pressure, and tight deadlines; manage multiple priorities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Intermediate problem‑solving skills to resolve operational issues.
Experience guiding and training others.
Capability to modify processes to enhance departmental performance.
Positive representation of the company internally and externally.
Respectful cooperation with employees and customers at all times.
Commitment to safety practices.
Willingness to work extended, non‑standard hours and be available 24/7 on call as needed.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred experience in refined products scheduling on interstate pipelines, terminals, rail, and/or marine.
Minimum of five years of experience in oil and gas industry, specifically terminaling, scheduling, or commercial roles.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally position, transport, or move up to 10 pounds.
Regularly stationary for long periods; move around in an office environment; perform repetitive motions; use computer and phone to access information.
Working Environment
Regularly in an office environment.
Moderate noise level.
Required physical presence at the work site during scheduled hours.
