Quality Analyst Sr - Level 3 – Lockheed Martin

F35 Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) F35 Final Assembly team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement inspection plans, procedures and tools that effectively detect product defects. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient and effective utilization of available resources such as quality inspectors, production operations, and engineering departments. Provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training related to quality control methods, techniques and tools to the quality control workforce. Develop and maintain data and metrics related to product defects, variation in manufacturing processes, production and Q&MS adherence to the LM Aero and F‑35 Quality Management Plans, production adherence to engineering requirements and work instructions, and Q&MS organizational health. Analyze and interpret data and metrics in a manner that leads to actionable intelligence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Quality Engineering on the root cause of defects and development of robust corrective actions. Develop and coordinate defect containment actions. Participate in and ensure compliance with established FOD prevention, housekeeping, tool control, environmental and safety procedures. Position requires US citizenship and a facility that requires special access. Second shift (2 pm–12 am). Ability to obtain Secret clearance. What’s In It For You

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of aviation quality experience. Experience in project management and the use of project management tools. Effective communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root‑Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts. Experience briefing senior leaders. Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus. Location: Fort Worth, TX – Discover Fort Worth.
